Undoubtedly the worst customer service, you cannot deposit money through the tellers unless it’s 100k and ATM deposit queue all the way to Daiso. Would not recommend this bank for any cash deposits.

Worst branch , poor rude unprofessional customer service . Had more than bad experiences with them , reported to the back but no action. Just today I had to wait 20 min for an employee to show up , when I mentioned that I’ve been waiting for her for 20 min she started shouting !!!!!

Very bad experience, most times one ATM is working, remaining are stopped for some reasons. Even after all works moved to be done over ATM and although they not accept teller tokens for most of services, even security and remaining staff are so taffy.

Poor customer service....Emirates NBD credit card payment need 48hours to debit the payment (if you pay credit card payment in Emirates NBD bank for Emirates NBD credit card then it takes 48 hours.......credit card from the same bank but still 48 hours.......are they still in 1980)?
