The worst bank of the world is here They doubled my credit card due to an error. And they said they would refund it immediately, but it was not refunded even after 5 months, and in the end, the refund was canceled due to a false explanation. they are thieves I have visited the bank over 20 times in 3 months for this issue. I was made to wait for more than 2 hours each time, spent more than 3 hours, and lost more than 60 hours in total. They said they didn't want to talk to me because of the racist remarks and told me to leave. Every week, this branch has a system down error and work stops, so they tell customers to go home. You should not use all services of this bank. You will be wasting time, mind and money by him
Service is poor. It takes an hour to cancel a card! Very inefficient staff, Indian personnel go to toilet for 30 mins when there is long queue and customers waiting. Hiring managers in Emirates NBD should review their hiring process. Employ people who are passionate in serving, not just because they qualified
Epitome on how to not be customer friendly, this branch should be awarded the number 1 position. The service standards are beyond disgrace, all you do is wait here for hours without your issue being addressed.
Waited for more than 2 hours just to get a statement, where it was done in less than 15 minutes in another bank. A lot of counters were closed due to the non availability of the staff. Very slow service. It must improve as NBD is one of the named bank in UAE.
There is no respect for queues. The staff is clueless and shrugs when asked why the numbers are being called so randomly. A complete circus this branch.. I have visisted many ENBD branches and it is really hard to decide which one is the worst branch. Ibn Batuta one easily makes it to top 3. A real third class bank and branch putting Emirates Group's name to shame. This bank should be closed down and the staff should be fined for their lack of professionalism and extremely slow processing times. They act as if they are some rationing organization and not a bank to provide customer services. Pathetic arrogance and good for nothing service - a recipe for a shutdown hopefully.
