Experience》 had very good experience, my account was lock due ti unuse for a year. Customer service Manager Mr. Mohammed Amin was very professional and approachable person, he was so polite and helpful, special thanks Mr. Amin. Location》The bank is located in MOZNA building near Al Nahda Metro station, you cane take metro ti Al Nahda Metro station and tr bank is on walking distance.

Can't get a clear info from them by phone. The call center agents are very nice and polite, but their knowledge is limited. To call the bank is a waste of time, as you'll have to go there in person just to get the information you need.
It’s open on Saturday, the problem is nobody was working. It’s not the bank, it’s the banking system that is an absolute joke. If nobody is working just shut it down why make fun of people and tell them it’s open.
Worst banking experience ever! (4years customer) I decided to close my personal account with them. Dont open account with this bank, you will have headache of all, go for another bank.
