Commercial Bank of Dubai Opp Al Khaleej Centre Al Mankhool Road Bur Dubai

I tried to open a bank account for three month and every time I go someone asks for a different paper or they send me back to change a detail in the papers I have. The only way to open the account was with the help of a guy called Iyad that works in Sharjah branch, and they kept bugging him for taking too long during the onboarding process, although it is the bank who is asking for a million paper. This guy deserves a trophy for working in such environment, and he was trying so hard to make the bank looks a little bit more professional.

Extremely poor in terms of customer’s convenience for ATM’s no A/C, no security, long queues, congested… even branch experience was poor during my couple of visit. Lot of scope for improvement..

I would give it (-5 stars) if I could, I drove half an hour across the city to find an ATM where I can deposit cash in, I came to this branch and used their smart cash deposit machine and the machine swallowed allthe money and froze during the process, i contacted the help number they told me to wait 4 working days until they look into the issue then they would get back to me since there is nothing that they can do, please stay away from this bank don't do the same mistake, not anly it is a nightmare to find an ATM but when you actually find one it will be faulty and take all your money and you will have to live with it until they have time for you to help. Please use any other bank this is by far to worst in terms of everything.

None of the bank in UAE so careless, just 2 atm for payments huge lines, they keep air conditioner off, after 30 mins of que the atm stopped working need to fall in new line, no priority for pregnant ladies, not even a single security guard to manage, guys pls learn something from banks like RAK and ADCB, treat your costumer at lease like humans.

One of the worst branch. One among the ATM machine doesn’t work most of the times and there will always be a big line of people waiting. Apart from all their customer service is the worst.
