Worst bank ever i have dealed with in my life. Call centre say something one day and next day something different. Updated the kyc document and even after 6 days it is still on hold.made a call to callcentre and first day they said personal banker will call back, second day they said they are raising as a complaint so manager will call back with an update.today is the third day i am calling for the same reason and they said same answer"you will get a callback with an update" You must be ashmed of giving the same answer every single day but can not fullfill it.

This branch quite good , team is very helpful in my last visit young lady called Pascale help me out of box, that’s called exceeding the customer expectation….☺️

Worst branch ever, they are literally sleeping, they don't want to entertain the customers, they are telling me even to go to another branch hahaha

I don’t know how do they call it a bank. Best description is supermarket , bazar or something similar. Guys, shutting it down will be much better than operating like this. Advice: open new branches in Fruit Souq, industrial areas or fish market. I think you will glow there.

I wish i could give no stars. Easily one of the worst banks in UAE with no appetite for customer service. I am a premium customer with the bank & not sure how they must be treating other customers. I visited the branch twice time in last 2 weeks, i would never visit a branch during COVID unless i am not able to do it online. 1st time i wanted to wire transfer an amount with can only be done by visiting branch (online has limits) I understand due to COVID bank needs to restrict number of people coming inside. But this instance there were no customers & they started questioning me at the gate without courtesy of having my temperature checked & letting me come inside branch. 2nd instance security will not let me inside without gloves (this was not the case week before, gloves were not mandatory) When i requested to provide me with a pair, expecting they should provide gloves to customers which is normal procedure. Security refused & after 10 mins locked the doors ...bank closing time. I did manage to get inside when i called my RM...but what happens to those who dont have a RM I was shocked ....
