Worst staff , worst customer service , there was 2 Lebanese lady they pretendung they are owner of bank , just chilling inside doung notting , they are busy sale to people credit card only because of they need to take commission only Disgusting service really , they don't interest with your process, they play game , chatting, waste time,and go their home , they are busy to give credit card to people only

I visited this branch a year ago. Totally different level of service. The nice cashiers were not there anymore. Replaced by rude and in hurry employees. Please teach your staff professionalism and and simple greetings like the previous ones. Waiting time was not too much. And there were available sitting area.

Awful staff, you see them talking with each others and having fun while you're waiting for hours for simple issue

Very bad experience.. extremely worst customer service. The slim female morning shift at customer service needs so much professional training and needs to learn banking field. The bank staff doesn’t know how to make international transfer. For any questions reply they say it’s online.. but they should explain how and where to focus online details too... no professional language used at customer service. They leave customer without informing and leave work as soon as time overs although their work isn’t done. When try to contact call center there is an EVA virtual who knows nothing well to answer and then they call is kept on waiting for hours without reply... This bank needs more staff and experienced staff to work. Can’t recomment this to anyone.
