Worst bank I have been a customer of enbd for more than 8 years , however in the only time i raised a complaint, i was treated in the worst way possible . - Customer service use the technique of telling you that they will put you on hold and they hung up in your face , this “accident “ happened during the past 3 calls consecutively - i tried talking to a supervisor 2 weeks ago and the same thing happened with a twist, “ we will call you back “ was the second disaster . Not only no one called in 2 weeks , but also I reached out twice and they offered me a call back with the supervisor in charge of my case. - until now the complaint is open since 2020 and it became clear after multiple calls that mo one in customer service cares about customer -Just a note that the complaint is about a miscommunication coming from their side about a charge coming on my account monthly and I didn’t ask a waiver of the fee.
