When I first got to the bank, there was a line. Thankfully, that dissipated fairly quickly. I was then helped by Liezel who was swift in resolving all of my queries and was a big reason why my visit to the branch was such a positive experience. Both for her role in clearing the line and in her professional assistance when helping me. Thank you .
1 teller at this newly renovated bank. Waited almost 2 hours to close 1 of my accounts.
Pathetic place!!!I sate my whole lunch 30min and i was infront of the line for customer service, staff are rather laughing and telling stories about their own life rather then doing job, brackenfell is getting bad by the day
Asked them to help me find a payment that was missing. Had to Pay R80 to Print a statement at the bank… Wont recommend the Brackenfell branch.
Shocker. The only teller who assists with my very basic query is on lunch 12-1pm. No, there is no cover for her over lunch time. Well my lunch break is also 12-1pm so now how as your client can you service me absa?Another good reason to say cheers to absa!
