Spent 2 hours waiting for assistance. No one approached any of the clients waiting endlessly in the queues. Only two service points active at Client Services and only one open at Foreign Exchange. Waited an hour at each department. Haven't waisted this much time in a very long period. A coffee/tea station in the branch would've/could've helped.
Excellent service from their forex division. Walked in and was assisted immediately. The lady was very professional and explained everything. One of my best experiences at a bank.

Quick, friendly service. Came in to get a replacement card, was helped within 5 minutes in the queue. The customer service employee was cracking some jokes, and made me feel welcome. Would recommend this branch!
