Worst service i have ever gotten in my life, eveyone comes in and gets out exhausted from all the laziness of the staff, please get some man in the branch maybe they can take thier work seriously. They are incompetent, unserious, makes u regret creating the account in the first place. This place is hell nowonder banks like fnb and more are very successful with more clients.We need some male employees there please.

Absolutely awful service. Waited for over an hour just to be told that they couldn't help.

First I want to say wow.my son was there today to get assistance with his absa app on phone.he couldn't stop telling me how kind and helpful the service was from a lady by the name petronella dibakiene.i must say you guys are probably the best when it comes to customer service because it's not the first time he gets help from you and he's always so happy to come by for assistance because he always gets help from the best absa is the best.specifically sunnypark absa.wonderful service ,excellent customer service

Worst service i received from Sandile Jaba i spent a hour on a que trying to deposit then the machine is full of cash so he tells me to join the tellers que he had advised against when i ask why only one atm is taking deposit in a bank with 5 atms seriously,. I think its serious inconvenience that even though you stand 1 hour inside the bank you then have to stand another hour on tellers que Absa should sort something out is it not a first come first serve policy

CASHIER 1 SATURDAY 26/09/2020 send my driver to make a deposit 2X cheques ABSA ESSELYN STR, Sunnyside ... Cashier refused to accept deposit as it was written on OLD DEPOSIT SLIP ...She further refused to help my Driver She was rude & refused to write _ fill in NEW DEPOSIT SLIP SERVICE OF THIS NATURE IS UNACCEPTABLE WE ARE CUSTOMER OF ABSA BANK >>> YOU DON'T NEED OUR BUISNESS , THEN WE DON'T NEED YOU AS A BANK
