Once again Tebogo from this branch exceeded all qualities. She helped me open an FNB plan, sort out my stop orders and explained fnb services so I can make an informed decision. This was after she helped me when I was stranded helped me. She was beyond patient when my app was blocked, used everything in her arsenal she was trained in to make sure I was helped. I recently opened my card online, but several details were omitted, and I had to visit a branch to activate it. Thankfully, I received excellent service from Ms. Lethabo Mbuli, who patiently assisted me and managed to resolve the issue. Her professionalism and dedication is truly appreciated.

Worst service ever, tickets are not called, the staff instead go to the door to on choose clients where there is a possible sale to made and are not attending to those who have queries.
