I visited the Home Affairs desk in your branch this morning. The lady working for Home Affairs was the most rude person I met in a long time. She should not be working in an environment where she must deal with customers. I had a problem initiating the payment instruction on Home Affairs website. Left your branch after being handled like a piece of trash, did it on the FNB app and went to Home Affairs to have my fingerprints and photo taken - no problem at all and staff very helpfull. This lady is breaking down the good work that the lady that recieves one in your branch is doing.

I know this is not the place to ask a question but I can't get hold of anyone. I need to change my marital status as my spouse passed away. Can I come to this Home Affairs without an appointment to do this? Online booking options are only for: Passport, ID, collection or E-Home Affairs.

As i was contemplating which absa branch to go to after being disappointed by Alexandra Home affairs with system being offline. I then went to book for my passport at this Centurion absa branch ....very helpful those ladies , especially the one who stands by the entrance goodness she's so kind . Opened space office n quick yet exceptional service 💗😊

Have been coming to the branch for years. Service has progressively got worse. Only one teller and she has now also disappeared. Not sure why I remain an ABSA client for over 35 years.
