Came in rushed and a little late on Feb28, which is almost time for the cutoff of 4pm. I was the last in line for the day and asked if I can also still able to open a savings account with them after making my payment for my credit card. Even though I was told that it is already cutoff and that they cannot assist me with the account opening for that day anymore, I never felt brushed off or pushed away by the bank staffs and customer service. People here are very pleasant and accomodating from the welcoming guards up to the smiling tellers all the way to the managers and the rest of the bank staffs. I was recommended to go back the next day, which I did - March 1, 2022. Just a little earlier than my arrival time the day before lol. But I was still assisted and they kept their promise in assisting me to open a savings account. Limited underground parking is available. If you have a car or SUV, better find another branch to transact at. Guard is very helpful in directing me where to park as I only needed to access the ATM.
