service to slow they not paying attention to clients

I used the ATM to withdraw money but the machine says unable to process due to the expiry card but I checked my card and it shows the expiry is 2027. I even checked my UB mobile app to check if I accidentally locked my card but it's perfectly fine. I chatted with UB messenger but obviously their chatbot is always a mess.

It's okay. There were a lot of people inquiring about their bank account but no one will guide you to make an appointment to their tablet if it's for inquiry or bank transaction. They didn't even resolved my issue but in their customer service via email resolved it and I was great! Fast, easy and Simple. Thank you.

The Customer service of this Unionbank branch is VERY BAD especially the management itself. The bank itself is a good bank in terms of online transaction, it's fast and efficient but this Unionbank Pasay-Libertad branch doesn't reflect the same good quality service for its customers. I opened an account this January, I already bring what the customer service agent of Unionbank told me to bring which is: 2 valid IDs and since I've been here in their branch last December, they mention that I should bring my business permits also, and so I did bring the photocopies. What I don't understand is why they can't start to process the opening of my account if it's not original when in fact 2 valid IDs is just enough to open an account as per customer agent of Unionbank because I already pre-registered online, I already have ID reference number. Is the opening of bank account different from any other banks? I have 3 existing bank accounts from different banks and this is the first time I encount

The people who work there are very nice including the security guard. They helped me and didn't hesitate to help me with the stuffs I don't really understand. :>
