The please has limited parking but the service is excellent. The bank manager Sir Karl and Lovely are so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Any update in their bank the manager will call us. It’s my best decision to open and account with them.
Very disappointing experience at this branch. The staff were consistently unhelpful and, at many times, rude and unprofessional and sarcastic. They will not take your concerns seriously, and they will make you feel that basic assistance is a burden for them. Too lazy to troubleshoot and offer valuable solutions. Too lazy to the point that they will just literally ask you to do it yourself by calling the main branch or general customer service hotline. Despite being a loyal customer for years, this branch's poor service has made me consider closing my account.
