Chinabank HQ, pls update info on banking hours. When I asked staff to update website, instead of saying yes he will relay to bank manager, staff told me off by saying their sign was "matagal na'. Not even a slight hint of compassion, remorse, or apology.
China Bank has the friendliest and super accommodating employees. I do business with several banks, but I always prefer China Bank over the others.
So slow service
There are only a few people, but the teller is very slow to act, last 2019 and 2021 I went there before. That's my experience. They are slow. Simple account opening only takes 10 mins. Here it took a whole day. Summit or Tektite CB is better. They act quickly. Here it's super slowwwww.
