After three visits to open an account with this branch, I gave up. Too bloody meticulous with the signature. Went to another branch and was able to open an account with no problems.
Saw the reviews in the other eastwest, most of them has a bad reviews due to poor quality service, priorities, and slow processing, this bank does not make any difference, waited more than 30mins and they are still not done with what they are doing, unlike in PNB where it only took me 20minutes or less (depends on the branch, but mostly less than 30mins), BRUHHHHH
No no no, always out of money in the atm machine, 🤦🤦🤦🤦
1. poor service 2. cannot be reach landline 3. cant accomodate the concerns of clients
