Teller 2 very slow
one hour of waiting time. my number was 8 then the teller is calling number 7 so i waited. then idk he was surprised and saying that he had been calling for a while. a guy stood up i thought he was number 7. also tosses the money idk that attitude is going crazy. boo eastwest poor customer service
the processing time. and when withdrawing suddenly offline. we waited almost 1 1/2 hrs🤦🏻♀️
The process takes too long, the tellers are lazy
