Aside from the less seating accomodation & slow service. He dont have an urgent concern of stewardship. It took more than a week for a forgotten passport to let the owner be aware that it was left on the counter. If you where in the clients shoes, wont you be concern that they are hysterically looking for it. You had the customers contact number so at least message them right away!
Very quick transaction, when I arrived there was no line
this branch at cardinal santos is super slow. only one counter working. the other counters, although there are people, are not entertaining others in line. so the line takes a long time to move.
