I rarely rate banks but I just have to in this instance. Iwould give 0 stars to this branch. Poor customer service and soon to be filing BSP complaint on handling of KC Alonzo and her supervisor. Stay away from this branch by all means.
This branch is already closed even though your website and customer service representatives stated its open on a Saturday. Such a hassle.
