They close at 3pm, they havent updated their maps and online schedule. I even had to really push to arrive before 4pm for a really important document. Such a shame. Several people came after me, they also thought the bank closes at 4pm. 4pm is too early for working people to get to the bank but we try to manage, and you still make it earlier. You are not serving the people you are meant to serve this way. I updated their schedule here, I hope it will be accepted.
No restroom. Only authorized person can use it. Unionbank at it’s finest by merging/acquiring Citibank, can’t even let their customers pee. Can’t afford a cleaner?
Very poor assistance. I applied for a savings account, they took all the documents they asked me to provide. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't received any update as they promised me to send me an email regarding my request. The contact number on their page is always busy. VERY POOR.
So far i love this branch, efficient, fast, with high tech amenities.
