Your queuing is so wrong. It's okay to go first in priority. Make sure you have priority and alternate with the other people in line. 5 people will enter, all priority... They will all be used up. Then one or two people in the normal queuing will be served... Then when 3 people enter, priority will be given to all of them. It's not like 5 minutes for one person... It took almost an hour for 5. I entered at 12:00pm #79.. its queue was at #59.... Then it was 1:53... They were at #71, there were 8 priorities for the new arrivals to be served... There were 3 on the way who were priority to be given priority again... It's okay to go first... But it's annoying when they arrange the queue and priority lane...
