Their motto plastered on their wall: "Welcome to the future of banking in the Philippines" If this is the future of banking in Union Bank then the future sucks! * The App on their Ipad froze on me multiple times. Even tried on their other iPad. * The only way to pay a Citi credit card is over the counter. * Only 2 bank tellers supporting more than 2 dozen customers at the same time. This is my first ordeal with Union Bank as I'm doing a favor for someone. And judging from other reviews from ages ago - they never listened, nor learned, or just don't care about bettering their services. Hence, they really don't care about their customers The only great thing around here is the friendly and helpful security guard. Not coming back here.

Every time I go to this Branch, i am always assisted well. Syempre, if you have important tasks with the bank, always go before opening time. Of course, maraming customers kapag tanghali just like every bank in the Philippines. Normal na puno yan. Anyways, keep up the good work 🫰🏻

This branch kept customers on queue for too long. The branch immediately deducted the card replacement fee of Php200 before I could even step out of the branch. And yet, they failed to process my card replacement request on the same day that I stepped in so they had to ask me to be back another week on top of the first week they asked me to wait. When I finally claimed my new debit card with its PIN packet, the ATMs couldnt recognize my card/account. They also refuse to reverse the replacement card fee as a courtesy for putting me through a lot of inconvenience.

Went there today to open a business account: 1. Designated person for the accounts creation is not present - no one else can assist us; 2. The male bank teller looked irritated with our inquiry - not sure if he didn't understand the query or he just didn't want to go out of his cubicle.
