MOST OF THE STAFF WERE RUDE!!! They have no basic politeness and they are quick to brush you off. They have no empathy with your concern. IF YOU WANT TO FEEL BELITTLED, THEN FEEL FREE TO COMMUNICATE WITH THIS BRANCH. Never ever expect that your grievances will be heard as they will always make it seem like it’s your fault.
Very slow service for a mere bank certificate (took me 1.5hr). Some of the staff could also be more polite. One of the tablets was not working so it took a long time just to queue. Unionbank, please have more branches around CAMANAVA.
The customer experience never changes. I've been doing transactions here for at least 5 years, but they are always very slow. Staffing at the counter is always insufficient (some are even rude), resulting in extremely long lines.This is the nearest branch to my place, so I have no choice.
All branch numbers are not working. It took so long just to activate my account, 2 days activation is ridiculous.
This branch is a trash! Slow service with rude and incompetent staff. People in this branch should undergo seminars on how to handle clients properly or simply close this branch ASAP.
