Accomodating, especially the Card personnel. Assisted me even though the credit card process is through call only.
WORST metrobank branch so far :) Requested pin mailer and they didn’t even think to follow it up. Once nag-email na sila, they think tapos na trabaho. Didn’t even think to tell me na wala pa for 5 months. Waited 5 months when it should be w/in weeks lang as they promised. Do better. This is too much hassle. +++ They treat kids so differently. Porket student palang kaya na tawagin as “oy”
Poor Service! Ang bagal may pinapasingit na wala namang number. And there should be a seperate counter for senior / pwd para di nabubulok sa upuan yung mga nakapila!
The employee who assisted me was very polite and helpful. I have an endorsement letter from my company and I have valid IDs, but they still don't want to give me an ATM payroll. 😡
