Everything here is slow, machine, system, staff. It's not even break time, and only one teller is open. It's not even rush hour. What's the purpose of a number for queuing if some people just go straight to the counter? Very inefficient. These people should know how important time is.
Slow service, only 1 window. They should fix this branch.
Service-wise this branch still serves the purpose of being a bank to its clients, as well as the staff being able to carry out their role. The place however seems rundown, and seems to be not as much as busy as other banks in the area. The lack of clealiness and maintenance in the location is also visually seen. Parking spaces for customers are also very limited despite location on a very busy road network and district.
Almost 1hr waiting still can't accomodate, waste of time going here.
The branch needs renovation. Interior stuffs are old and needs cleaning. Their machines also need to be replaced with newer units.
