Pls assign specific tasks to each employee. The waiting time was horrible.

They lost copies of my documents. We went to get copies of our OR/CR and was informed that I already claimed it. I have never claimed nor retrieved any copies of sort from Metrobank Metropolitan Park. I asked if they could provide any docs that I signed for when I supposedly "claimed" the OR/CR and they couldn't provide us with anything. Will never do business with Metrobank ever again.

Seems like their turtles when they do transactions!!!! Very poor!!

If you're looking to find a good Metrobank branch, this is not it. Went here hoping to get a fast transaction as I've previously done with another branch before. Was welcomed with guards that didn't know their own staff and wasn't corteous enough to open the doors for you (even though they're the ones keeping it closed). The staff weren't any better, wasted ~40 minutes on what should've been a less than than 10 minute transaction and even then I wasn't able to succesfully complete it.

I've contacted this bank for the activation of my ATM card... Imagine they release the card that is not activated... They keep on telling me to activate it thru ATM machine, luckily the Metrobank branch here in Juan luna told me that it cannot be activated by ATM, it needs to activate by this branch... Until now I'm still waiting for their response to my email.... such a no no...
