Super friendly efficient team here.. I asked Liam to assist me with some documents for credit card application which I couldn’t attach at home. Super man Liam had the task completed in less than ten minutes! Amazing!! I have no idea how to shrink documents to comply with uploading requirements… so happy to get this application completed today with Liam’s help! Thanks a million I really appreciate your help.

Went in today and needed some mortgage documents signed. I work remotely and did my home loan online. I was told to go into a branch and sign the paperwork. I didn’t make an appointment but I was lucky enough to have Lisa at the front counter help me out with everything and tell me where to take the documents to get things rolling. I have to fly back to work this afternoon and would be totally lost if she didn't help me out. Great customer service

I drove 30mins to there for a bank transfer and was told that they do not have labor to do so. I was given a 1300 number which means I can do it by myself rather than wasting my time to wait and drive. I have to pay 28 dollars for the telephone transfer which is a waste of my money if I can get it done at branch. So it is a useless branch which cannot meet customers needs.

I've had to make contact with the bank for in person assistance at the end of Nov 2023. Linda was my initial contact, and I was most grateful for her attention & assistance. I've had to make repeated contact at least 2/3 times a month since then for various reasons. Hannah has been my main point of contact & couldn't have been more helpful. I have been able to communicate quite easily in person, by email & over the phone. I have high praise for this branch, as I've always felt welcome as a customer.
