Fantastic service today. The change and deposit machine was actually working unlike the one in the mall. How about a little bit of professionalism Queen Street mall branch, cash machine being down at midday Friday? Take a leaf out of Creek Street's book. And I was clearly having issues with the machine but no one comes to help do they?

We just visited this branch today. Brooke was the consierge at the entry. Wow. She is a font of knowledge. She helped us with all sorts of complicated issues - without having to call the ANZ call centre or see anyone else. Champion!

This place should shut down. No one knows what they're doing here. Such a hassle to cancel a bank cheque. Low in staff and had to go through the other branch though we originally drew the cheque here?

I was very ably assisted today at the branch. Appointment on time and efficient.

This bank is absolutely useless! I accidentally transferred money to someone else's account, and while NAB was able to help me get my money back, this bank refused to assist me. They are completely useless. I strongly recommend everyone to withdraw their money from this terrible bank. Why the heck does someone named Hetal Shah feel the need to swear at me and rudely hang up the phone, even though we can't understand a word she's saying with that heavy accent?
