ANZ Branch Queen Street Mall 146 Queen Street Brisbane City

I visited the Brisbane branch from Japan because a transaction was difficult to make via internet banking. I went directly from the airport on a Friday afternoon without making an appointment. I had to wait a while at the branch, but Mr. McAlonan greeted me and contacted the relevant department in Melbourne, processing the transaction quickly and accurately. I was lucky to meet him, and my impression of ANZ has improved.

Due to my own mistake, there were a few issues and I was quite stressed, but Simon kindly guided me through everything and helped resolve the situation. Also, the gentleman who handled my reservation was very friendly, listened carefully, and gave me great advice. I really appreciate their support!

Got served by a staff called Scarlett, super not professional attitude. I went in and wait for staff assistance, I saw Scarlett and another staff keep talking even though she saw me waiting, after few minutes she came to me with an unpatient attitude and made me wait for an hour to get assistance, the customers came after me got served immediately! Very nicely located ATM in the heart of the pedestrian area where anyone can come at all time.
