13/6/25 10:30am appointmen. Arrived at the Underwood branch the lady at the front greeted me and asked. I told her I have a Appointment in an instant she got my Home Loan Specialist Nina. Nina was very helpful. Her support was very clear and explained things to how I can understand. She helped me above and beyond. She was people's person very understanding and had time to meedlt my need. I went there once before and had bad experience but with Nina she knows how to meet people's expectations. Awesome service Nina provided me. 😊

Terrible. It took me over an hour to make a single bank cheque. It looks like only one person handles all the counter inquiries. I missed a deal.Come on ANZ what kind of service is this.. Makes me feel to withdraw all from my accounts

Had to deposit a cheque. The young woman at the entrance showed me what to do and I was finished in no time. Excellent service. A second visit to ANZ Underwood. It was much more complex than my first time, but the woman guided me through it, and the issue was efficiently resolved. Once again, I was very impressed.

Absolute joke. Came into verify new debit card because the app or their system wouldn’t allow to do a simple process. Taken 30mins and still waiting for staff. Been a customer for 20 years. Maybe it’s time to finally change to a smaller bank where customers are welcomed.

It’s funny that one of the biggest banks in Australia doesn’t know how to hire staff. Although every ANZ bank I’ve been in Queensland is under staff and there’s always a line of poor customers that have been waiting to long. The service is still great the workers are trying. Also the online system is retarded but not really much they can do about that.
