ANZ decided they want to freeze my accounts all because my details aren’t up to date with their ridiculous ‘Know Your Customer’, even though I DID updated it months ago. Their customer service over the phone was hopeless and told me to go to the nearest branch. Luckily the young lady there was able to unfreeze all of my accounts without any hassle.

Wrost ANZ branch in Brisbane, the staff are super rude and have no customer service at all. zero clue when you ask them questions; i have been to few anz branch in Brisbane and nothing is worse than Browns Plains Branch. I never going back there ever again i rather change my bank then go to Anz brownplains Branch. if you want to save yourself some time and want to visit a ANZ branch that truly understands their customers and is genuinely friendly and supportive to their customers then highly recommend you vist Anz Springfield and Anz redbank branches ; but avoid wasting your valuable time in visiting ANZ Browns plains branch . Brownplains ANZ is completely hopeless BRANCH .

I had no issues at this branch, I was able to increase my daily limit and withdrawal cash and be in and out in under a few minutes. Very helpful and quick staff, the lady was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking and atm machines inside the branch. This branch is located outside of the grand plaza.

As big business avoids human contact at all costs , how about maintaining smart ATM's so they are not ( out of order ) many times i try to use coin deposit and no matter what time or day i arrive theres issues out of order , I run a small business and need to use it frequently only to be turned away , shame ANZ shame !!

This branch is hopeless, I’ve been served by a same dark skin guy couple of times and I reckon he needs to be retrained instantly. I handed in the paperwork of my mortgage documents, he kept saying it’s not completed. I went home called my broker and firmed nothing wrong with the paper work. Went back the next day he still saying there’s missing doc, while I was arguing with him, the manager came had a look my documents said there’s no problem. What a waste of my time… Today I went to the bank tried to ask for a certain amount of cash transfer to the lawyer trust account, got told by the same guy that it requires an appointment to do the transaction, this’s ridiculous!! I’ve done even times of larger amount transfer of this in TAS without an appointment. I’ll never go to this branch anymore, totally unprofessional and poor service.
