Stephanie was so helpful and amazing best customer service I’ve ever received at a bank and organised everything for me with ease and a smile in one banking visit. So impressed and greatful for her help! My first time visiting this branch with a whole list of complicated banking matters and nothing was too hard she went above and beyond, normally I get passed around from staff member to staff member, told to go online, use the app or given a number to call or told outright what I need to do isn’t possible but Stephanie really came through. An asset to your company that’s for sure!

I think the Managers should be held accountable for the poor performance of the front desk staff. This has been my bank for almost 20 years, and I can see the service going down each time I walk in there. There was one lady who offered a solution to the "we don't do this" and I am greatful for that.

Came to the branch today for mortgage repayment from one account to another… was told by the cashier that to be waited at the cash counter desk… And then was told by the cash register person to go back to the front desk for all the transfer… Branch should have display info regards to transfer and cash ect so customers is not confused… Very poor

Please update service hours in this branch.I searching from Internet and come over,but there's closed . There just notice by paper and put it in front door, wast a lot of my time .

Came into the branch in a rush as I had an urgent dead line to meet. I was welcomed with a warm smile and even though I didn’t have an appointment booked , the team managed to fit me in. Louisa was understanding and was patient in dealing with my concerns . Thanks again for everything.
