I came in last Friday after 4 stressful attempts to create an account online. Made an appointment and was refer to Lucky. Overall I had such a great experience thanks to him, who helped me set up my account as well as my kids’ accounts. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made everything easy and stress free. Lucky is honestly a one stop person for every question. He had all the answers straight away and explained everything clearly without making it complicated. He is very customer oriented and genuinely helpful. It is rare to come across someone who is this good at their job and still so approachable. Overall, a really positive experience and great customer service. Highly recommend.

Again I’ve come to anz bank Preston. I just want to say that the customer service from Lorraine was magnificent and that’s why I will always go back to ANZ Preston and to rate Lorraine 100 percent service.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided by the bank staff member, Lorranine Zhou was extremely warm-hearted, attentive, and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to carefully explain everything, answered all my questions with great professionalism, and made sure I felt comfortable and well supported. Her attitude was consistently friendly and respectful, which made my experience truly pleasant. This level of service reflects a high standard of customer care and deserves recognition. She is very good.

My son and I had an excellent experience with Luckie. We went in to obtain a bank card for him. Luckie set him up with 3 different accounts (everyday transactional, savings and long term savings) and taught him how to organise his accounts. He provided him a great start to responsible money management. Luckie treated my son like an adult, speaking to him and explaining everything to him clearly. He exceeded my expectations. What was lovely was that he remembered me from an interaction I had with him 15 months prior.

I had an excellent experience with Roula, an ANZ Banking Consultant, today. She provided outstanding service, clearly explained the entire loan process, and guided me through setting up an offset account. Roula also made sure I had the ANZ app installed and all my accounts activated without any hassle. She took the time to ensure I understood every step, making what could have been a complex process smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism, patience, and friendly approach were truly impressive. She’s fantastic, and I really appreciate her help!
