I have home loan appointment with Matthieu Grinter in person this morning 10 am (1/12/2025). NAB bank sent email, confirmed and reminder messages twice to mobile as well. I went this morning on time, he hasn’t attended the appointment without any cancellation, no phone call nor email received for cancellation. Bank manager said sorry about that then wipe the hands off! This is bazar. I have a business, ruined my time and messed my morning. There is no responsibility and absolutely 💯 not professional. I won’t recommend the person with this attitude.

If you are business banking and need change, I do not recommend this branch. The self serve machine is regularly out of change and the line is always very long to get to a teller. Even if you do line up, the tellers will usually be out of change as well.

Watch out everybody withdrew $ 200 this evening four $50 notes.. one note was bogus ... and they say people are out putting fake bills in circulation.. worst branch of NAB I've ever visited... !!! and I bet I'll need a lawyer to get them to accept it back or swap it

Sunday afternoon 1 atm can't deposit , the other atm is having issue's depositing , 5 people in line ,waiting 25 minutes, absolute joke. These machines constantly breakdown. Isn't there a trigger when this happens ? Welcome to 2024 UPDATE: Business deposit and cash exchange machine has been out of order for over 1 week ! Given the advancement of technology is anyone aware of this ? I mean surely there is some trigger that alerts NAB when a unit is not operating ? Given the limited operating hours of branches these days I find this just deplorable but not surprising. Edit : NAB you have acknowledged my review, no I won't be following up as you have requested by sending me a link, that is your job hence why there is poor customer service. Your reply should of been along the lines of " thank you for reporting we will follow this up and notify the appropriate department to repair asap" Pathetic !

My recent experience over 2 days at this branch has been very good. I was trying to renew an expired EFTPOS/debit card, and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Spoke to Alice(?) behind the counter who was amazing, and when she got stuck with a problem, got passed to Michael Ling who resolved my problem. A big thank you to both of them!
