I have been a customer of ANZ Bank since I immigrated to Australia 35 years ago. But, my experience today with Tagy, the Banking Consultant at ANZ Northland, was truly impressive, prompting me to write this review to express my gratitude to her. Two days ago, I booked a 40-minute service appointment for 10:30 this morning. Tagy met me promptly at 10:30, introduced herself, answered all my questions, and assisted me with all my banking needs - taking significantly less than 40 minutes. Finally, she asked if I needed any further assistance. Although I didn't have any other business today, I certainly will continue to choose ANZ Bank, and would be delighted to receive her service again in the future. Thanks again to Tagy for her patience, professionalism, banking knowledge, and excellent customer service skills. Strongly recommended!

Sonia M was excellent! The KYC team had blocked my account (although they said they would wait a couple of days till I sorted a few docs out but they didn’t wait), two different KYC team members gave me incorrect and totally different information, the KYC manager was supposed to call me (even a week later, no call back). Four days of many hours on phone and it was total rubbish customer experience. Sonia totally understood my situation, worked with KYC team and resolved my issue with no fuss and keeping me in the loop. She actually stood in the customer’s shoes!

We arrived in Australia just a week ago and are very new to the systems and rules here. On our second day after arrival, we visited ANZ Bank to open a new bank account. There we met Emmanuel, a staff member at ANZ, and we had an excellent experience. Emmanuel was extremely cooperative, kind, and polite. He explained everything clearly and made us feel very comfortable and welcome, which meant a lot to us as newcomers. We were very impressed by his professionalism and customer service. Thank you, Emmanuel, and ANZ Bank, for such a positive first banking experience in Australia.
