NAB Civic Way Rouse Hill The Hills Shire Council

The Rouse Hill NAB branch is superb. Well designed and easy to access and use. My wife and I have had to visit the branch a number if times recentlyand our experience has been great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. One staff member took the time to assist us in setting up an account and subsequently move funds into and out of the account. She explained everything to us in simple terms. A bonus for us is we have earnt bonus interest on our money. We highly rdcommend NAB and this branch in particular.

NAB is an extremely terrible bank. Whenever they want, they close your account without giving any proper reason. Usually, if you have a large amount of money in your account, they send the account closure notice to your old address, saying they are closing your account. Then when you go shopping, you suddenly find out your account is blocked and you can’t access your own money. After that, it can take about a month — with lots of letters, documents, and even certified papers from a GP — before they finally return your own money to you. They have done this to me and to my friends as well. I strongly recommend that people do not open an account with this bank. If you already have an account, I suggest closing it.

I went today to the NAB Rouse Hill branch to open an account for my daughter. We were met by Vandita, and if every employee in a customer facing role was like her, the world would be a better place. She patiently went through the process and found the root cause of why we were unable to open an account online. She fixed the issue, opened an account for us and got us all sorted. It was a wonderful experience dealing with her today.

We had a great experience setting up accounts with NAB Rouse Hill. Dylan/Dillon (sorry unsure of spelling) was very helpful and was great at managing competing priorities at a very busy time. Everything was done with patience and a smile. After getting the runaround from another bank we were so pleased with the service at NAB Rouse Hill.
