NAB Branch - Parramatta 3 Parramatta Square 153 Macquarie Street

Drove for 40 mins since NAB website showed it was open Saturday between 9.30am - 1.30pm. Only to be so disappointed that they weren't open and don't open Saturday. NAB by far is the worst bank in Australia. If you want to choose a good and reliable bank go to Commonwealth Bank there is a reason why they're the most reliable, honest and easiest bank to deal with. NAB don't deserve even a 1 star review.

I recently visited the Nab with my mum, and upon entering, I was greeted with a smile from a lovely young lady at the counter. Palak helped us with our enquire efficiently, and with absolute patience. We loved her customer service. Palak Sahu is the best!

The reception staff was very professional and customer friendly. I would like to Thank the staff member Palak Sahu for her kind assistance and support I had to open an account and it was done smoothly in 30 minutes.

Bank has serious problems with staffing levels. Bank is often closed for extended periods of time due to staffing shortages meaning you cannot do over the counter deposits etc Bank was closed for an extended period over the new year period (close to 20 business days) meaning you would have to go to Level 5 Westfield or the post office (which had extensive queues itself) Bank has also been closed for an extended period over Easter again meaning you would have to go to the branch in Westfield, not a convenient option for those working in the Parramatta CBD. Update 29.4.2022 - Bank has been closed all week even though signs posted advised that it would reopen on 26.4.2022. Have tried calling the number I had been provided by staff but it rings out and goes to voicemail. Update 4.5.2022 - Bank closed again. Update 6.7.2022 - Bank was open for about 3 weeks but it's now closed again all this week for cash transactions. There are still staff in the branch doing other types of tasks/operat

I wanted to update my name and went to NAB Before going to NAB I visited St George Bank first, the process was easy and there were "people" assisting us. Now, when I entered NAB, no one was on the service desk at all that was stationed. The branch manager was on her table doing something (which we do not know what) as she has no client sitting on her desk. No one approached me and as a client, I am not sure where should I go as well. Very POOR service. No customer service at all. What a shame to be included in big 4 bank. I went around 2:45PM as well today 06.03.2024. You can check CCTV to know how your employees work. I lodged a complaint as well from your website as per your responses to below reviews.
