I visited the ANZ parramatta branch yesterday to open a new account. Kimmi was the best manager to make her clients understand which service is good for them. She was very kind and generous. I didn’t expect anything about ANZ before I met her, but now it’s one of the most impressive banks. Kimmi totally changed the brand image in a good way. Plus, the female staff at the entrance, she was gorgeous too. If she does not let me in, I could not have done my job on that day, because it’s almost time to close the bank. Thank you!

Today, my youngest daughter went to open a bank account. She came straight from school, and we were running very late. However, a female staff member at ANZ bank invited us in. As soon as we entered, she closed the door, but she helped my daughter open her account even though it was late and her shift was almost over. I was deeply impressed by her service and told my children, “Kids, this is how service should be. True service is making the customer feel genuinely appreciated.” What surprised me even more is that today was this staff member’s last working day. I sincerely respect and commend ANZ staff member Claudia Jang for giving such a remarkable service even on her last day. It was truly an honor to experience such excellent customer service. I hope I get the chance to meet such an amazing person again.

Mrs. Kimmi was wonderful! She gave us a full insight into the account opening process and was incredibly clear and humble. I truly loved the service and highly recommend her.

My mum, youngest sister, and I went to open a bank account for my youngest sister today. Even though the bank was closed, Claudia Jang kindly let us in. We are truly grateful for her exceptional customer service. She was very helpful, patient, and kind throughout the process. Today was her last day at work, and watching how efficiently and professionally she approached her work earned our deep respect. We sincerely thank Claudia Jang for her support and dedication.
