NAB Shop 1062 17 Patrick Street

I was asked to sit and wait my turn with several other customers who needed assistance. After waiting for over 30 minutes, the NAB staff invited a new customer into the room and provided service. After I reprimanded them, the staff simply apologized without offering a solution. This isn't the first time this has happened. Isn't there any training for NAB staff in serving customers?

NAB is an extremely dirty bank. They can close your account whenever they want, without any reason. Before this happened to me, I didn’t believe my friends when they warned me—but now I’ve experienced it myself. When you open an account, they never clearly tell you about these “policies.” But once they close your account, they suddenly claim it’s part of their terms and conditions. There is no law and no authority that can truly question them or force them to explain why. In my opinion, this is a completely ridiculous and unfair way to treat someone. I strongly advise everyone not to open an account with this bank. And if you already have one, be aware that they can close it at any time, without any legal reason, and without feeling any obligation to explain themselves. Legally, you are left without real support from any authority or court.

It was a complete waste of time. I followed the instructions to sit and wait with other customers who needed personal assistance. After over 30 minutes, the available staff asked for a new customer to be served. I informed the staff, and she simply asked me to wait again and only apologized after I told them I wasn't happy with their service.

I had a worst experience Awful branch with a irresponsible staff two weeks ago I get a service with five minutes in 7hill branch but this Blacktown branch took 40 minutes the same as while so many people waiting behind me the lady in the front desk just trying to find not give a service come on manager please look after your branch somewhere come outside and have a look. What’s going on? I don’t want to publish her name or photo But the lady you know you are irresponsible and rude

Horrible experience, I was in the bank for 1.5hrs trying to deposit cash into my account however the lack of staff and experience, extremely slow and unprofessional. It ruined my day plans for something so simple.
