Had to visit this branch regarding identity theft in my name. I don’t personally bank with NAB, so wasn’t sure how the situation would be handled. However the service I received was excellent and the efficiency in which they handled the matter was fantastic. I was put straight on the phone with NABS fraud relations team and there was no 3 hour hold times like some banks. Great customer service and efficient handling of a difficult and stressful situation.

So disappointing. ATM’s are always out of order. Don’t open till 9:30am. With all the branches shut down and the ATM’s out of order we never have an option to make a deposit or withdrawal from the bank before 9:30 !!! Staff are also not very helpful either. We also defaulted on a home loan due to home loan manager’s lack of knowledge at this branch. Wish there was another branch locally. Not good enough NAB !

I have had never ending bank issue and bad experiences. Recently switched all my companies banking from ANZ to NAB because of the great things I had heard about them. 5 star experience with the Adelaide branch I initially opened the new accounts with, I could not be more impressed with that store. Unfortunately, this is where the experience ended. Needed assistance with cards being mixed up and the lady in the North Lakes store did not care less or want to assist. Older blonde lady. I ended up just walking out. Less than zero star experience with this store and my NAB banking would have ended right here if I was trying to open bank accounts. Customer service I received today clearly represents why the store is 1.7 stars! Work on your customer service NAB North Lakes! I’ll go elsewhere to get it sorted.
