The teller seemed bored and distracted. I was here to check my card as the chip stopped working while the card still looks fine and the pay wave function works. Was told to go into my app and just replace it ($10 fee) rather than addressing my concerns about the failed card. The new card has finally arrived via post and is both nothing like the old card but also expires in only a few years. Disappointing service and interaction overall.

We had the good fortune of dealing with Matthew today, who showed extraordinary patience dealing with our multiple issues as well as unparalleled professionalism in rectifying same. Could not recommend more highly.

First time I ever went in the lady I got was quite rude and jumped to conclusions assuming I wasn't already with the bank and said I wasn't aloud a debit card because I didn't have a 'valid' photo ID etc etc, I was with the bank btw but she just move on to the next person... So I left. Like almost a year later I went back in and I got this SUPER NICE guy and he was just amazing, applied for my debit card in almost no time at all and so I came back in once my card arrived to activate it and the lady I got this time was really nice too.. so I got lucky those two visits. So because of these two they get a four star rating but that last one star didn't quite make it just because of my fist visit!

One of the worst banks I've encountered .Always people waiting .Most days are 3-6 or more in line waiting for half an hour and longer.Understaffed all the time .No one does anything about it.Staff are aware yet don't acknowledge you. People are always talking about the long wait in line. Frustrating WP get you act together. When people are waiting for a long time and big que .Get someone from out back to help.Has been like that for years .Time for change and up your game.

It really helps if the staff at the branch can give ACCURATE information on what you can and can’t do online. My partner and I were told we could set up a joint account online but when we proceeded to do so we were told we had to go to a branch to do this (which we had already done) Surely it isn’t that hard! 🙄
