Super friendly advice ,they don't choose if you have $1 or $1million they treat you all the same as a individual. Really recommend this branch to any new customers.
Is this branch EVER open? More importantly, does anybody in the bank update the opening times on Google? I've gone there no less than 6 times -an hour's drive- as per the opening times here and they had been closed.
They are having a lot of issues with the coin machine. Making a lot of profit over our backs it would be nice if they would invest into a new coin machine.
Very unhelpful. Basically blamed their app issues on me. Refused to check if my account was updated. Treated me like an idiot. I know more about technology than your teller does. Get new staff!!!!
My local Rangiora branch is not open when all the other banks are! It is absolutely ridiculous the lengths we have to go to to get service from this bank If I could take my accounts elsewhere, I would!
