Long lines, bad customer service, overall most unprofessional bank.
Bloody hopeless can never get through and its not even akiwi who answered and then it fades away and u can't get anything done banks are a rip off heaps of money but can't serve their own people
Wespac have trained their staff to skillfully obstruct any abd all customers who are compelled to visit a branch because their phone systems are unusable. Don't open a Westpac account. Run! They are greedy and useless
Currently been waiting in line for 40 minutes, had tried Merivale bank but it closed at 2pm which seems ridiculous. Last week tried Barrington Westpac but they had closed an hour early than their listed times. I shouldn't have to spend half a day driving round the city and waiting in lines to do a simple 5 minute teller job. When I finally got served staff were nice. My issue is with the bank not the staff
Will be moving to kiwibank as every day I finish work at 4:30 and even if I try to get there early they shut early. Kiwibank is open until 5:30 every weekday and open Saturday.
