The women in there couldn't have been less helpful. If a customer wants to transfer such a large amount you should help them. Not act as though they're stupid.

I was so delighted and impressed today by Natalie, who served me. She took the time and patience to sort out my Kiwi saver online. It was very much appreciated. Great customer service all round.

I have just walked out of this bank after waiting 3/4 minutes while one teller was working. The second teller on my right was engrossed in a personal conversation with a customer with no acknowledgment of me waiting. After many years as a Westpac customer who required help with a new credit card I find this service disrespectful and disappointing to be completely ignored for a "gossip " session. I had to go and deposit some IRD cheques for my brother living in South Africa and the girls at the counter were really helpful. They were friendly (and efficient) so a great banking experience. Could show a lot of the other banks up around town! Kapai.

Long waiting time even if it's only one person in front of you. And to my opinion, there are certain consultants in this brunch who need more training about the discretion policy. I think they are not very professional.
