The teller was friendly and efficient, she helped us get all our issues resolved. No wait when we went in on a Monday at lunchtime.
Very very hard to do anything in terms of cash these days. They also don’t make it easy or speak clearly enough with those stupid screens still there and a noisy mall behind you. Won’t be going back there
Worst banking experience ever, very unprofessional. Dealt with a Customer Service Executive Julie Griffith - doesn't know how to treat a customer. No work ethics. She was talking to me as if i asked her to give me something from her pocket. She was not ready to give me any information about their bank products. I COULD CLEARLY FEEL THE RACISM IN HER. I opened an account with Cooperative bank - absolutely wonderful experience. Westpac should send their staff to Coop bank to learn professionalism.
2 experiences with 2 different women; each was very different. On my last visit, a short curly haired brown haired women who I assume is called Wendy from her name tag is a real lifesaver. I was depositing notes in the ATM machine but it cancelled and didn’t give me my $750 back. Luckily Wendy helped me out and found my money as she helped deposited it for me. My other visit was simply awful with a women who was purposely unhelpful, probably because she was racist and thought it was okay to half-heartedly dismiss us and not solve our problem. Didn’t even apologise...
Julie was extremely kind & helpful when I asked for help as the Richmond BNZ branch was closed. If the rest of the staff at Westpac Richmond are even just half as good I think we will be moving our business banking (and possibly more) from BNZ to Westpac. Thank you Julie.
