They are an ok bank, but their website looks like it was from 2002. I just tried to set up an AP for a known payee and I have to enter their details all over again. Looks like it was coded in HTML alone. Then it said the account was invalid, even though the account is used regularly and pasted from their own site. Plus they make too much profit off Kiwis.

I am trying to pay a bill, and they have so many steps and AI management, including not allowing me to use my own funds above certain limits - all very well - but then resource the contact centre - or what they currently call the "hub" so that customers aren't waiting on the line for so long they are logged out? It seems the branch queues are now replaced by the contact hub queues on the banking merry-go-ground.

A modern architecture, sleek designed building with a very inviting lounge on the ground floor. I do not work here but I imagine the offices upstairs are equally inviting.

Great award winning building with great space. The foyer is quite protected from the wind, though some part of the floor on the foyer is quite rough. Have a few old equipment as part of their ornaments.
