Best service I have ever received at a bank, they did everything they could to assist me with my car loan on a weekend, they even asked the acting manager to come out to speak with us, who tried to escalate the process. We didn’t get the end result we wanted and did have to travel back to Auckland to pick up my car.but that was not the fault of the branch, that sat with the home lending team and me, so out of branches hands.Thanks Lee and Sue, you made me feel valued!!!

Today when my father visited Asb bank in Sylvia park, during his visit, the staff member assisting him called sue, stated that they “have concerns and need to check his information in detail because he is from the Middle East.” This comment was extremely upsetting and inappropriate, especially considering that my father is a New Zealand citizen and has been a loyal customer for many years. We fully understand that the bank must verify customer information, but this should be done professionally and without discriminatory or biased remarks. No customer should be made to feel targeted or profiled because of their ethnicity or background. I kindly request that this matter be looked into, and that clarification is provided as to why such comments were made. We would also appreciate assurance that this will not happen again.

Customer service here sucks, tall indian guy always trys and dimiss me when i ask for bank info instead or printing it out and handing it to me, he just says do it yourself.

Was told it wasn't possible to negotiate a special TD rate on a Saturday, but was then able to negotiate a special rate. Pointed out an issue regarding the credit card App to the Manager, there was acknowledgement that the app was confusing but no apology, customer was made to feel patronized, then told other customers had the same issue and it could take a year for IT to fix. All it would have taken was, "Sorry, we are aware of the issue, the team is working on it, and please be aware" instead of the customer being told how to pay their credit card in front of others. Perhaps a refresher in customer service wouldn't go amiss.

Really bad bad bad service ! I just been waiting on the line for more than 10 mins with my baby and 3 staff came to me asking why I was there and 3 times I explained myself and they suggest to wait for me and when I get to the counter , the blonde boy that serve me told me that what I wanted I couldn’t get it . So I asked him why 3 staff before asked me the same question and if they knew it that I wasn’t able to get it why they don’t answer me that ???? My complaint is not that I can’t get another card , my complaint is that I was with a baby on my arms and 3 staff asked me the same which I answer the same and none of them advised me that I wouldn’t be able to get the card . Why let me wait for more than 10 mins with a baby for nothing ?? That is my frustration! Really bad customer service and the boy from the counter just answered me: ohhh they are new staff ! Don’t come and say that ! Even if they are knew once I reply to them why I needed a new card if they don’t have the answer the
