From the moment we walked up to the door at ASB Lunn Ave, we were greeted by a friendly staff member who was cleaning the windows—she immediately asked how she could help and personally took us to the front desk, helping us explain what we needed. The man at the counter got everything set up quickly, and while I was waiting for my partner to open his new account, Matthew went above and beyond by reviewing my KiwiSaver and making sure I was getting the most out of it. He then helped sort all our accounts—joint and individual—plus the cards, everything, all in one visit. Three amazing staff members made our experience smooth, efficient, and genuinely enjoyable. I've visited the ASB Lun Avenue branch three times now, and each visit has been an outstanding experience. The two ladies at the front desk are always incredibly welcoming, greeting everyone with the biggest smiles and genuine warmth. Their friendly service truly sets the tone the moment you walk in. Seems that Asb branches are closing and shortening hours and it’s really frustrating!!!! When you need service they take forever and you have two people in a very busy business branch in auckland!!! I’m thinking of trying a kiwi owned bank!!!!
