Waited in line for over 30mins with no acknowledgment while single teller doing complex transaction
Rude service, rude bank, Chinese bank teller having a chat with another Chinese woman, didn't seem to be anything about banking but just constant questions. Had a huge line waited a hour , just when I did say something to be growled at to be patient wait my turn. Terrible bank and service do not recommend
No longer a bank. It has closed down despite saying on the Westpac website that it is still open.
Great service from Alam. Don’t be put off by these reviewers who don’t know how to check opening hours before visiting.
